Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase - We want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. If for any reason we haven't met your expectations please email us at lovesubherban@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll get back to you within 2-3 business days with a return label and instructions.
NOTE: All returned items must be in the original packaging and in unworn condition. We do not refund the original cost of shipping.
Returns after 30 days are eligible for store credit. No returns after 60 days.
If your item arrived damaged - Please contact us within 7 days with a photo of the damage. Email to: lovesubherban@gmail.com - or Text to: (623) 455-1529 and we'll reply with further instructions.
